I believe in the power of intimate and intentional conversations and words to inspire connection, personal, and collective growth and well-being. I offer organizations and communities the opportunity to gain new perspectives and leadership skills by providing a series of services designed to inspire groups to flourish. I happen to also be a global citizen using my finely honed and hard-earned, executive skills and experiences in my current leadership role in a digital media publishing environment (PBS NC). My team fundraises on multiple platforms and in a variety of ways. I lean on my experience and entrepreneurial leadership stints at a combination of top-tier brands and media, consumer and entertainment startups to inform what I do.

Gregg Sandreuter, Managing Partner, HM Partners (Beacon Commerce Park)

HM Partners is a privately held commercial real estate investment and development company. The firm’s strategic focus is on high quality properties in the Raleigh/Durham North Carolina marketplace. For its own account and in strategic partnership with others, the firm acquires and develops infill office, multi-family, and street level retail space on strategic suburban and urban sites. Complicated urban mixed use projects are one of the firm’s specialties. The firm uses its own capital alongside debt and equity capital from high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors and lenders to fund its projects. By bringing a values-based course of dealing to visionary market-based projects with exceptional execution, our projects create sustained value for our stakeholders who include investors, lenders, businesses, residents, team members, neighbors, citizens, communities, and cities. As a part of that endeavor, Stephen has taken over three decades of setbacks, failures, breakdowns, losses, successes, and comebacks and transparently uses them to provide simple-yet-effective step-by-step lessons to help anyone reclaim their hope and go from stuck to unstoppable.
